To find your shirt no. you need three measurements
one is chest size . Second is
shirt sleeve length and the third
is neck size. To
measure them read below:
You'll need a flexible tape
measure (inches) and someone to help you place and read the
measuring tape.
Q.1.How
to find the chest size of Monarch shirt for you?
Find
your chest size mentioned on the size tag of your shirt that fits
well and if not given measure your chest with the
illustrated instructions shown below and note it down in inches.

Chest
The biggest
circumference around the chest. Keep measuring tape
horizontal, wrap around the biggest girth of the chest,
keeping the measuring tape up and close to the arm pits.

Q.2.How
to find the
shirt sleeve length of Monarch shirt for you?
Find your 'shirt
sleeve length' on the size tag of a dress shirt that fits well or if
not given then measure the 'Dress shirt sleeve length' with the
illustrated instructions shown below
Choose a Monarch with a sleeve length
range that includes your length. (for example: a person with
a 33 or 34" sleeve length would choose a Monarch size with a 33-34"
(or slightly longer) sleeve length range)

Length
Raise arm in front to horizontal position, bend
elbow so that forearm is parallel with chest, palm facing down.
Measure from the base of the
neck (backside, center), horizontally around shoulder, around the elbow, to the prominent bone of the
wrist. or, look for your 'Dress
shirt sleeve length' on the size tag of a dress
shirt that fits well. |
Q.3.How
to find the neck size of Monarch shirt for you?
Find
your neck size mentioned on the size tag of your shirt that fits
well and if not given measure your neck with the
illustrated instructions shown below and note it down in inches.

Neck
Measure around the neck with one finger inside the tape for ease.This is your neck size in inches.

Note:
Once you know your Monarch size (chest size
x sleeve length x neck size), use the
chart below and find out the corresponding number written in blue
for three of these measurements. Finally fill this number in the box provided for
YOUR SHIRT
NO. or SIZE.
For example suppose you get your chest size as
43 inch, sleeve length as 36inch and neck size as 16.5inch then
from chart below your shirt no. or size is 42
If suppose you are not able to find out your
Shirt No from above three measurements from the table below then please leave the
Shirt No box empty in the
order form and write in the
special instruction
box all these three measurements as chest size=
,sleeve length= ,neck size =
and
submit the order. We will then calculate the size of yours and will
make your shirt for you.
Because Monarchs are traditionally made to be
loose-fitting, it's fine to go up 2 inches or down 1 inch in chest
size. For example, a person with a 46" chest could fit well into a Monarch
with 46-48" chest size; & a person with a 45" chest could
fit well into a Monarch with 42-44" chest size.
